"The worst doctor experience ever! I had a thumb injury. The doctor entered the room and without even looking at my hand told me my thumb wasn't broken. She said my tendons were injured. She refused to perform an x-ray. The next day I had to go to a different urgent care."

"They flat out refused care to my father who has a terrible viral infection causing incessant vomiting. They sent them to a different urgent care despite him having Optum insurance. This is unacceptable and will require a lawsuit"

"Had to go by today and had a great experience. The girl at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Dr. Barron was really great too. Really seemed to care a lot. I was in and out fairly quickly as well. Great urgent care!"

"Absolute horrible first impression when attempting to schedule an appointment. Lisa, who answered the phone is extremely rude, inconsiderate and appears to have little to no customer service training. If she does have any training, then its obvious she doesn't care to be in the work that she's in. I highly recommend she seeks new employment as its clear she hates her job. After an incredibly rude conversation, she hung up on me while I was in the middle of a sentence. She then hung up on me again a second time when i called back without even allowing me to speak. At this point i hope the doctors are nothing like the people they have answering their phones. I will warn everyone to stay away from this place."
