I’m definitely not ever going back to the old primary care model after being spoiled with all that Forward offers and how incredible the entire medical team that works with me has been!"

"I have been using Forward for a couple years now. They use an app, remote calling, and have an in-person facility. The app helps keep track of your test results and schedule visits. It also has things timed to come up at a later date. Most of my interactions with the doctor's have been through remote calling much like zoom. For me it's a bit easier to schedule verse going for a followup talk a week later. The nearest in-person facility for me is at a mall. The facility is very clean and the check-in process is very easy with a health technician there to help. It has a body scanner that takes a variety of measurements and a couple rooms. The rooms have a touch TV that whoever you are interacting with can use with a slick user interface. Forward is good about scheduling visits, like they started doing skin screenings for me. It's also easy to schedule a visit within a couple days. I feel like I have good communication with the medical staff. To me its like a concierge medical provider which the monthly expense seems reasonable."

"I love everything about Forward. The doctors, the other care providers, the messaging app, the scribes taking notes in the background allowing the Doctor to focus directly on me....even more....focused TOWARDS me looking me eye-to-eye, checking up on me to update the app that I picked up my RX. I am A forever patient. On my first in person exam The doctor offered an annual skin care check and found Let's just say a golf ball sized Bit of unhappiness Hanging out underneath my skin. My primary care set by my employer never offered that for ten years. I'm now in the process of ruling out melanoma. Had I not joined this amazing Medical group It could have been a silent killer. I am a client for life. ❤️ Completely exceeds my expectations! I have already referred 2 people to Forward and plan to refer more!"

"My best ever primary care experience. No waiting and the entire care team is focused on you to build your history and manage your care in a way I never though possible. I sent the link to my wife to join this week and some friends as well. It’s really that good. Dr. Sarah Kalliath was amazing and spent over a hour with me on my first in office visit. In addition everyone I interfaced with on the care team were very pleasant with no stress and really loved what they were doing. Complete opposite of the current primary care model in America of wait 30 minutes in crowded waiting room, 10 minutes with stressed out Doctor or nurse and left with no real direction afterwards."

"I have appreciated the quick response, and the attentiveness of the drs I have consulted with. They have been very thorough and have moved me far beyond where I was before with their willingness and encouragement to order tests that former primary would not order. I have a much clearer picture of my health issues now. I like the model and the app for it’s ease of use and quick response but this will not be sustainable for me. The additional monthly cost as a retired person on Medicare with a dwindling HSA will mean I will need to cancel my membership in the near future. Meanwhile, thanks to the team!"
