"Honestly, was disappointed with my overall visit. The medical assistant, who took me back was very nice, the doctor was okay (Dr Icecreamwala) , but honestly I felt rushed the entire time & super awkward.. The medical assistant asked me all of the questions what were my concerns etc So you think that the doctor would review them and know what the concerns were going into the room.. She came in and asked me which mole I had a concern with so I showered her. She peaked at it with her tool for a second & said it looks good. Then she just stood there & stared at me I guess waiting to address another concern? I was confused, because if she read the notes at the medical assistant wrote down before coming into the room, she would’ve known you would think? I told her another mole that I had a concern with she did the same thing with it peaked at it for a second with her tool, and said it looks great. She stood there and stared at me again, asking if there was any more concerns and I told her well I have a lot of moles, I would just like an overall skin check . Told her a few more of my concerns and it didn’t really seem like an issue and she kind of just brushed everything off & didn’t really talk to me or inform me of any information besides wear sunscreen… Overall, the visit was just really awkward and I was in and out of that room and I would say less than 10 minutes. I was Disappointed at the end, and won’t be returning to that office for another skin check or anything dermatology related. I worked in dermatology for almost three years and it blew my mind how that visit went. If you could save yourself the disappointment and awkwardness, just find another office that takes their time and actually shows that they are there to address and make you feel better about your concerns."

"This was my first time visiting a dermatologist. It was for a work related issue, I was nervous and was really hoping they would be able to figure out what was wrong with my hand. Dr. Icecreamwala was absolutely kind & professional, just a joy to be around. They listened to my concerns & and helped improve the problem with my hand within 2weeks. The people at the front desk were kind as well, greeted you when you walk in. People want to feel welcomed, and I definitely did here."

"Dr Icecreamwala was very thorough, optimistic and kind. It's uncomfortable having a full body scan in front of strangers, but she, Aleena and Ailani were professional and nonchalant about it, which put me at ease. I felt well attended to, and taken seriously and like my concerns were being listened to. I'm actually looking forward to the follow up appointment. Thanks again!"

"STAY AWAY from this office as well as Dr. Nadine Henley Ruth at all cost!!! My husband came here repeatedly to treat his alopecia for 6 months (he had to switch because the previous doctor was no longer in network with our insurance) and not only his condition got improved, it got worse! The last straw for him to leave this office was when he came in for a scheduled appointment, they told him the medicine wasn’t available that day so he was scheduled to come in again on a different day. They didn’t even bother to call him the morning of to let him know so he didn’t have to waste his time?!!?! When we looked at the charges on our insurance closely, they always charged higher amounts than other dermatologist offices and even charged for when they did nothing on one visit. My husband switched to a new doctor office and his alopecia condition improved drastically within 1 month and the charges were less than what Lanoi Group and Nadine were charging! This doctor and her office are a disgrace to dermatology profession."

"Everyone was rude, including the front desk lady and the Doctor herself. There was one person who was friendly and it was the latina nurse, maybe 5'4" and slender. She was kind but everyone else boooo. I would not go back and I do not recommend. The Doctor needs a lesson in customer service she acted like she hated my guts."
