"I have been going to Forward Newport Beach for approximately 2 years. It has been an excellent experiece everytime. They are very analytical and screen everything you may and may not have tought about. They were able to help me catch an abnormal skin spot that turned out to be melanomia! I was referred into a specialist and was taken care of. Whew! I am now very grateful to have this health service and great doctors. I am a big fan of Forward and will continue to be a member."
"I have been a member for years. I have had some good experiences with the service. However, the last several months I have noticed a change for the worse to the point where I have asked for reimbursement for my membership fees as they have cancelled 2 appointments consecutively putting me weeks off of my medical regiment. Additionally they are indifferent when I point out the problem. The claim is that they are understaffed. When you visit the office it feels like a ghost town. The once shiny equipment is starting to show age. I am sorry to see the old Forward go but the new Forward is sketchy. If you are concerned about your health and your needs are that you need reliance. Forward may not be for you. If you are happy to pay your dues but expect the other side to hold of their end of the bargain then Forward may not be for you. If you expect somebody to provide reasonable communication and not refer you to a website or for you to leave a message a get no return calls, Forward may not be for you. If you want to communicate to nameless, faceless people about your health concerns and get cancelled on then Forward may be for you."
