"I received my prescription glasses and they hurt my eyes. I tried calling probably 10-15 times and they never answer or call back. You would think after reading all of these bad reviews you guys would get your business together. What will it take? Thankfully I’m covered with Kaiser and have found a new place."

"I wouldn't even give this place a rating of 1 star. Most miserable experience I've ever had. I had an appointment to pick out frames and fill my 2 prescriptions. When I showed up for my appointment, the girl wasn't trained properly. Wasn't able to help me with anything except to hold onto the frames and my prescription. A week later, just before Christmas, I went to the Beaumont location to order the frames and prescriptions. Paid them in full. I go into the Calimesa office to pick up only 1 pair that was shipped to find out that the prescription is wrong. I also find out that my glasses were started then had to be restarted which caused the delay in my glasses getting completed which was never communicated to me. Now I want to take my business elsewhere and want a refund and was told they don't offer refunds. The most hideous experience I've ever had in ordering glasses in the 50 years I've been wearing them. Unfortunately, i see a court case in the future, unless if I get a FULL REFUND. Never ever again, will I return. And word of mouth goes a long way in this community."

"Bought a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from the Calimesa store took him to have them looked at, and the effort was minimal to repair them but full force to try to sell me a new pair. I’m very disappointed that the individuals in this business don’t take their customers serious I will never buy from them again."

"Multiple bad experiences at this location. Not only are they hardly open to the public but even during operating times, they will leave and just put a note on the door that they are gone. Scammed me on a pair of glasses! And when I ordered contacts and it has taken well over a month just to get a call saying you they were ready. I have now been in at least three separate times, only to be told they have no idea what happened or where my contacts would be. I kindly asked for a trial pair of contacts since they keep giving me the run around on the ones I paid for but they refused to even give me samples to wear while I waited even longer for mine to arrive! Avoid this place at all costs!!"
