"Receptionists on each floor greeted me immediately and were friendly and knowledgeable! They got me to where I needed to go right away."
"In my opinion, it is the best hospital in the whole county , I felt so safe there and everyone had a great bed side manner.. Along with the other hospital UCSD LA JOLLA JACOBS PAVILION, Best hospitals in San Diego CA"
"Had an excellent MRI experience here recently and wanted to take a moment to thank Jon U., the person who conducted the MRI for what an amazing job he did. I came in and was clearly nervous (I don't love being inside that tube), but Jon was incredibly patient with me. He did not make me feel rushed, or like my concerns were silly. He calm rubbed off on me, and was immensely helpful. Once everything was ready to go he made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me during the procedure every 5-7 minutes (between scans) to make sure I was holding up alright. Every time Jon spoke he took a moment to reinforce that I was doing a great job, then he'd tell me how long the next segment would be, and asked if I was okay. It was perfect. I've had (too) many MRI's at this point and I have NEVER been treated better by anyone over the years. As an example, Jon was the first to ever ask if I'd like a fan on for fresh air, which like, of course I do! Why has nobody ever offered that before? It was an absolute game changer. The doc has already reviewed the imaging and said they were very well done as well. Jon gets all the credit in the world. I'm not sure if I'm reviewing this in the correct spot, but please if anyone at Scripps read this, let me know that he's great and I am extremely grateful."
"The staff at Scripps Clinic Anderson are top notch! I was assigned to the facility for an outpatient procedure and couldn't be happier with my care. From the first interaction at check-in all the way to the last nurse that tended to me in recovery. The waiting room I was assigned to had a screen that tracked the patients progress from check-in to departure. You are provided a patient number at check-in and it is a great way for your loved ones to know where you are in the process. The nursing staff was outstanding! They were friendly, considerate and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this facility for your healthcare needs!"
"I would give more stars to this Gastroenterology Clinic if I could. Things did not go as planned today yet the care is exceptional. No rudeness or pushiness. When I had a bad reaction to sedation and had a paradoxical reaction (not their fault you cannot foresee these things) I felt like I was in so much pain and felt scared for the first time ever in the procedure room. They didn't force it and I'll be back in two weeks to try again with general anesthesia. But the amount of care and kindness this staff has is outstanding. I'm blown away! I couldn't stop crying and the nurse had sat there with me holding my hand until my husband came and then she got me up when I was ready. I have had 5 colonoscopies now and even though this one was scary they made it so much better. Also, they really do care you guys. They remember their patients. Dr. Matro is also the first doctor I have met who really cares about you. I have only had one person in the medical field who I actually liked that have moved but Dr. Matro really seems like she's my favorite doctor right now. I will see you guys in a few weeks to try again I am sorry for all the trouble today!"
