"The staff is great. They are all so incredibly friendly. You can also get an appointment pretty quickly which is great. However, Dr. Woo had zero sympathy or kindness when telling me I was going to lose my pregnancy. He does respond quickly over the portal which I’ll give that. But you’d think somebody would be more kind and gentle when telling somebody they’re losing what was going to be their baby. Not all news is good news and that’s understandable. Delivery of that news matters. There’s a grieving process involved in all of this. You don’t just tell somebody they’re going lose their pregnancy over a text message on a website. If you’re going to have a good pregnancy, you’re probably fine. But if you might lose your pregnancy, good luck because he could care less. And I understand there might not be much he could’ve done but he could’ve checked other levels, he could’ve checked progesterone, but nothing. Cold and heartless to somebody who will now grieve the loss of a pregnancy."

He was always reassuring and made sure I was always on the right track to have a healthy baby.
