"I had an appointment today at 3:45 pm and I arrived at 3:48pm. There was a man in front of me and the receptionist didn’t attend me until 3:50 pm. The receptionist said that the doctor would not be able to see me after all because I was “late.” Keep in mind all my other appointments I always get to the clinic on time and they make me wait at least 30-40 minutes from my scheduled appointment until I’m actually seen by a doctor. Horrible clinic and “company policies” that only apply to the doctors convenience. I will not return to this location."

"Just came here to do some women’s health business and the nurse practitioner was very helpful (Tiffany) and so was the nurse assistant (Angie). Usually my Pap smears and blood work and all that are super uncomfortable and awkward but these ladies were so nice and easy to talk to. Even the front desk staff were super helpful in getting my paperwork and family pact started. It was also easy to get my visit over with in about an hour or so. Thanks so much everyone— I’ll be back!"

"One Hour on the phone waiting just to make an appointment and as soon as they answered they click on me. 16 years coming to this clinic ONLY for pediatrician Lilian Koe she is awesome, but this clinic is trash, front desk is so rude they really hate their jobs! Sadly i will need to look for another pediatrician. I can't anymore. just look at the reviews, and they don't do anything to fix it."

"I have been going to this clinic for two years. They need improvement in several aspects. But if you arrive on time for your appointments and are respectful to the staff then you shouldn't have any complaints. Shout out to the pediatric department they have helped me on so many occasions they are caring and dedicated to their job 100%. I will continue to go to this clinic only because of this reason. Tips. Make appointment ahead of time arrive fifteen minutes ahead of time. The world doesn't revolve around you realize there's other patients with serious health issues and the doctors/ nurses are doing thier job to the best of thier ability."
