"Called ahead and was told to go in before 10am for a walk in provider for a shoulder injury, went in and was sent home because they “couldn’t see me” until 2:45 pm, wasted gas for no reason and wasn’t even checked out. Was told to wait until a cancellation happened as if I don’t have other errands to run."
