Spencer, the Director, was so helpful throughout the insurance process and because she was so efficient, I was able to start my treatments much sooner than I anticipated. (Which is more than I can say for Greenbrook TMS). They even accommodated my schedule and were there before business hours to do the treatments for me. This place was truly an answer to prayer. Katie, the TMS tech was such a pleasure to talk to during my treatments and she was extremely caring and helpful. I am so glad I decided to do this and this place made it incredibly easy for me!
