"Beware choosing Regal for your insurance carrier because they deny everything patients need for basic care and do not pay doctors for services . We have been there for patients in need but have been waiting 2 YEARS for payment."

"This group stinks, I stayed with them for 2yrs trying to find why my leg and feet were numb but I still had a lot of pain ,all the Dr.s are egospecially especially Dr. Combs. I'm changing this year they don't care about how much pain your in and if you try to complain when you're at the office they send in there little pitbull of an office manager to try and push your buttons and get you mad so they can ask you to leave, Like I said I gave the 2 years of being in pain and all they did was line their pockets by sending me for more tests but when they didn't have any answers first they stop returning your phone calls then they try to get you to walk out . Man I'm just glad I don't have to stay with them DON'T SIGN UP WITH THIS GROUP IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!"

"My father in law moved to N. San Diego with an HMO and we needed to find an MD. We found a great doctor in Fallbrook who is caring and knowledgeable. All referrals to specialists have been very prompt and every professional we encountered has done a nice job. I'm very pleasantly surprised as I have very little experience with HMO's and contracted Medical Groups. A class act and I recommend without reservation."

"One star is overrated! Dr. Miller recommended speech therapy for my son. Supposed to receive a referral letter a month and a half ago. Gave them all the info they needed. My insurance has been waiting on them for weeks. They are a joke! Changing medical group and sub group. All about the $! Rancho Family Medical and Regal Medical Group. Stay clear of them!"

"Avoid this medical group if at all possible. They have no sense of urgency. They refused to approve my MRI (while in pain for over 6 months) until I was finally referred to the pain treatment doctor, who then forced them to approve it. Many co-pays later wasted on physical therapy and multiple office visits to my regular doctor, it turned out that I had a cyst on my spine. Now I'm dealing with a pain treatment center that they referred me to and they are so unorganized and insensitive to people in pain there is no way I'm going to let them do my procedure. They cancelled my procedure a day before it was supposed to be done. I called the medical group for help and they said I needed to call my doctor so it can be determined how urgent my situation is. Now if I'm schedule for surgery tomorrow and I call you up the day before I would think it's pretty urgent and I would expect a different response."
