"Horrible staff and doctors…. They don’t even pick up your phone call to make an appointment"

"Don’t go here this place is out of control.. they often cancel your appointment at the last minute because the doctor has an emergency!!!! Then they try and reschedule as If you were making an appointment for the first time..,. They want you to wait months… When it wasn’t your fault to begin With.. point is if you are considering going here ? My advice is “don’t” find a more responsible place !"

"We always wait for more than our appointment time in the office since they only have only one doctor at a time for multiple people but today we had an appointment at 09:45am and we waited till 11am and the doctor didn't show up , while my mother is disabled and she has lower back fracture pain so we left after waiting for more than an hour . They always over booked appointments and patients always ended up waiting for more than an hour before doctor show up . Also every time , its different physician and we have to tell them everything from scratch . It's just a waste of time to go there , I will also complain to my insurance about their carelessness ."

"Obgyn Garibaldi prescribed me a cream. wasn’t able to pick it up from the pharmacy because i was told it was pending approval from the doc. on my next appointment i ask and he says he hasn’t received anything from the pharmacy. i go back to the pharmacy and tell me they have faxed over docs several times on different days by two different people. on my next app, i ask the doc again and tells me it isn’t covered by the insurance and also claimed my concern is cosmetic when it clearly isn’t but said he would “try his best to help.” 6 weeks later and the prescription is still pending approval. moral of the story, this particular doctor is not forthcoming from the start and made me go around in circles. don’t recommend him AT ALL. also, have to agree with some reception staff that are rude in the sense that they don’t make you feel welcomed making the whole experience sour."

"I would not recommend this clinic they made us very uncomfortable asking a million questions that were not related to my pregnancy at all! Then had a male doctor come in and “check” me you should really ask women if its okay to have a male or female doctor some people are not okay with that i felt very voilated and awkward i know he was just doing his job but it was too uncomfortable ! They asked me over and over if i was recieving cal fresh and i said no the first time very weird place"
