"The mental health side is just plain bad. I was sent here from the VA. I met my doctor one time, told and showed him my meds and dosage for the va. When I finally ran out of the meds I had from VA I got them refill from here they change my dosage without telling me. I tried to contact them but nothing so I took my same dosage as before when I was almost out I called again finally got someone was told I should be taking new dosage I told them no one told me that. Was told to bring in medical records to prove my dosage which I did but they still wouldn't fix it I ran out of meds. They finally put in for a month worth of a refill but pharmacy won't fill do to it being to soon for a refill told them this they still haven't fix the issue so still no meds. I have bad PTSD and last time I was off my meds ended up in hospital for 2 week i told them this and was just told well this is what the doctor said and he'll get to it."
