AFC Urgent Care Riverside

"You wait a long time for results and to be seen. There was a man doctor last time who did help me fast when other doctors didn’t care to find out what was wrong but he no longer works there :( if I could give them a 0 I would. Came in just to get checked for 1 thing because that’s all they do a day even if you have multiple things going on. You could be dying and they wouldn’t care here. You’ll have to make multiple visits to find out one thing. The girls in the front are nice though. The only thing they got going on for them. Prepare to wait 1 week everytime I come for a prescription. And come in person to push for results because you won’t get them with these doctors unless you push. Literally leaving here crying and I’ll take my chances in the ER because of how disappointing this place is. I’m not one to ever write a review either."

"I absolutely LOVE AFC urgent care Riverside. I have visited their location several times for myself and kids. Every visit is quick and we are able to get the medicine we need to get better. I LOVE that they take Kaiser insurance. They save me so much time by being able to go there rather than wait for hours at Kaiser. Doctors and staff have always been so friendly and helpful."

Everyone was so respectful and they explained all the entire process that needs to be done very clearly. She was seen by Dr. Johnson who works so well with kids.
