"I wouldn’t give them 1 star but I have to in order to write a comment. They tried to charge me a copay for my diabetic insoles when I didn’t owe a copay when I was covered 100% by my Kaiser. I double checked with Kaiser and they verified that I didn’t owe a copayment to Hanger. Hanger is double dipping into the cookie jar. Hanger was trying to rip me off when they were already getting paid by Kaiser Permanente/my insurance company. DO NOT GO TO HANGER CLINIC, they are are probably charging you when you’re covered by insurance."

"My wife called today and was treated...I guess rude is putting it nicely..the person she talked was obviously bothered by wife a paying consumer asking her any questions,this person should not be answering phones and by no means involved in ANY type of customer interaction!!! I have advised my wife to file a foal complaint with our insurance. We will NEVER EVER use this company again."

"The worst customer service. They were never able to fulfill our order despite months of waiting. We made several in person visits to get updates and they were useless. No response to emails. Thankfully the doctor switched us to another provider that immediately filled the order. Don't go here!"
