"While the care given for the actual endoscopy is very good the front desk is in need of attention. I had an appointment on 7 Nov. I waited for an hour in a room to be seen. I finally left the room to look for someone. They had forgotten all about me. Now it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have an appointment to get scheduled for an endoscopy. When I called after waiting 2 weeks I was told I would be called in a few days. Another week has gone by and still no appointment. Also there was so much loud talking and laughing in the background by the staff i could hardly hear the person on the phone. Very unprofessional."
