"This place is genuinely awful. After giving it so many chances I finally give up on this place. Earlier this year I came in really sick & was given some antibiotics & sent on my way. When I got worse & they weren’t helping I came in again. Luckily this person knew what they were doing. Right away he looked at me & immediately could tell I had a sinus infection. He gave me the proper meds & said that the antibiotics weren’t going to help since it was viral. Again last month I came in with a suspected UTI & they said my sample came back negative. Later that night when I felt worse I went ahead & went to the ER & they said I came back positive & gave me the proper meds which helped tremendously. Tonight I went in with my fiancé because we are both sick. They told him he had something bacterial & yet they told me I had something viral??? When we both have the same symptoms & 100% most likely have the same thing. Other than that, I told the PA I started feeling sick since the 5th & nearly wanted to collapse at work on the 6th. I’ve been horribly ill these past few days that I couldn’t get up out of bed without help nonetheless to leave the house so today was only day I felt actually capable of walking. So I’ve missed 2 days of work & she rudely just repeated herself that she could only give me a dr’s note starting from today & wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain to her anything? Just a horrible place all around."

"Always took my kids here. Until Elizabeth (receptionist) denied my 1 year old health care because she said they stopped taking people due to one provider. She said it's an emergency care issue. Even after explaining that I am unable to go to Loma Linda due to distance. How can a receptionist make that call on health care."

"I had to take my 15 year old daughter for a non stop cough that wouldn't go away. I made the appointment online the night before. She was seen the next morn. At 10:15 am I even got a text message saying there ready for you in 20 min. They were fast and the people were very nice. I couldn't have asked for any better."

"After a few days of a nightmare experience of UTI symptom's, I couldn't see my primary care doctor right away so I searched high and low for a good urgent care practice. After reading a lot of reviews of various places, and after calling Colton Urgent Care, I decided to go with them. Happy with my choice. The staff members were all friendly and professional. After registering, I was seen just a few minutes later. I was able to have my issue addressed with lab work and then a prescription was sent to my pharmacy right away. Already feeling a little better the morning after starting the antibiotics prescription."

"I really enjoyed my visit which is weird to say for an urgent care. It was seriously one of the cleanest urgent care or even doctor office I've ever been. Staff at front was really nice and answered when I called asap. Doctor was quick and made sure I got the most of my visit. I lost my insurance and it was only $85 which is better then alot when I called around. I hope they read this because seriously thank you guys. BTW I came at 745pm and waited like 3 min so that was nice to."
