"On Jan 3, my very sick nephew was brought to the ED, admitted to the 4N MICU and discharged three days later. My family would like to thank the ED, 4N Care teams and ARMC for the excellent medical and nursing care that my nephew received, and the kind and exceptional customer service that we experienced. Thanks everyone. Best, Terri"

"Wife is currently having a C Section, we were scheduled for 8.30am in the morning it is currently 3 in the afternoon… they take beyond long. We came here early for nothing. Avoid this hospital at all cost. I will never come here again. If something goes wrong, I’m suing the hell out of this hospital. Beyond worst service. This hospital needs to be shut down."

"Finally they earned my 5 stars My 96 year old mother was admitted due to a fall. The experience was excellent from the time she got into ER then moved to the third floor. She was in room 3614. I was able to stay with her day and night. Everyone treated her with dignity and respect, everyone was professional and kind to both of us. They payed attention to her needs. The room was perfectly kept clean one cleaning person that stood out was Veronica. She cleaned that room and took the time in leaving it spotless. We were actually surprised compared to other previous admissions. The last year was so horrible to the point a male nurse hurt her left shoulder. All because they didn’t pay attention that she already had a small rotator cuff tear. He grabbed her like a rag doll and according to her Orthopedic doctor the tear was worse and bigger. Ever since then she lost her range of motion. But again this time was amazing and I certainly hope all other units can follow the example of the amazing people that work on the third floor. Thank you to her doctor, nurses and everyone in every single shift. God bless you all for taking such great care of my mother."

"I've been here almost a week. I've seen multiple doctors all whom have been amazing (1 I'm really sad doesn't take my insurance so I can see her after I leave). I've had the displeasure of some nasty nurses who hide for hours and don't care if all your machines are blaring for 45min or that u called them hours ago & the ER? They get a 0! They did nothing, no water, no pillow. No answers, no tests no plans for 2 days while I was in unimaginable pain and they got sick of helping me to the bathroom (just unhook the IV) so tried to get me to pee in bed. Oh and then they all sat around laughing about each patient very loudly. I can tell u in depth what the others next to me were there for and what each nurse thinks and it's wring. When I was finally brought up stairs the nurse made a comment as to wondering why. I hadn't been up here sooner since the room had been waiting and she sent the info down. The OB nurse Jen? Is my absolute favorite though!"

"Update, I am very disappointed in the appointment system and it's failure. I tried to get a follow up appointment with the surgeon that did my operation. The ENT service didn't answer and they never called me back. I had to remove my own stitches. Unacceptable.. Arrowhead Regional. I had two appointments the other day, one at 10am and another at 1:30pm. I arrived early about 9:15am and checked in. I don't mind waiting for awhile because they have excellent air conditioning and fast WiFi. Anyway I was in and out of the first appointment before my scheduled appointment time. So I went to the next appointment down stairs way early but I checked in anyway. I was in to see the doctor before I had a chance to sit down. They are friendly and efficient as can be at this hospital. I finished both appointments before 10:30am. I know this doesn't always happen but it's magic when it does. Just one more thing, the people in out patient surgery are excellent. Pre op and post op are the best people ever. They have a great sense of humor and take really great care of you. Thank you to Dr Roberts and everyone in the Operating room for the work you all put in. 20/10 just an excellent experience all around."
