"It was necessary to have a referral to get an appointment which is new to me but worth the wait. I appreciated how thorough Dr Alvarez was. Both the assistant and the Dr explained everything well and really took the time to see what was going on and what was needed. My medication was needing prior authorization and I got it within Four days by delivery. That has never happened before!"

"I walked out of my appointment today without seeing Dr Alvarez. Rosa, her receptionist, was rude to the point of being verbally abusive. I read a few of the other reviews and it seems to be a pattern with this same receptionist. Nepotism must be involved here, why else keep someone on your staff that is costing you money? I don't think Dr Alvarez should be practicing medicine, she doesn't care about people or their needs."

Dr. Pamela Alvarez was extremely thorough in her review of my Aunts medical history. She was both insightful and thoughtful in her approach to my aunt who has Alzheimer’s Dementia and doesn't like new people- especially doctors bothering her. Dr Alvarez got along great with my aunt which was a Miracle by itself. Her approach was gentle and put my aunt at ease. Dr. Alvarez answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. "I went to visit Dr Alvarez today as a new patient. Her staff were friendly, checked me in promptly and I was taken back almost immediately. Dr Alvarez came in the room, kindly introduced herself. We went over my history. She answered all my questions and I felt she spent adequate time with me. Her assistant came in went over some paperwork explaining things to me and going over next appt. schedules. I checked out with the ladies up front and left. No complaints!"
