"I live in Downey and I had an medical emergency so I came to this place and it wasn't open. On Google they said it open at 9am on Saturday. I waited for an 1hr and it still wasn't open. What kind of urgent care is that"

"Don't come here. Save your time and go anywhere else. I was surprised by the early availability, and now I know why. I came in, told about my issues falling and my weight fluctuating rather extremely, and i was dismissed rather nonchalantly. Told I "needed to sleep less and do more" after saying that even over the counter sleep medication isn't working. Had nothing to say about my weight fluctuating. But the thing that will never have me comeback is after I was told to come in for a physical and never had any bloodwork done. With that should be some form of blood test and preparation. I was given a lab test order that THEY COULDN'T EVEN SCHEDULE ONE. If I'm coming in the morningn for a physical, I'm expecting blood work. If they can't schedule it. That's fine. TELL ME and I can schedule one myself. Absolutely ridiculous. I forgot to mention that when I told them I had already fasted and was ready, they told me the quest close by "closes at 5 :)". Never again."

"This place is less than a block from where I live. Yet I've never been seen here. I've tried to use this location 3 times in the last year. The first time when I asked for help from someone inside, I was treated like I was bothering them, as if helping me was the last thing they ever wanted to do, so I left. The other two times I never made it inside because this place has the stupidest business hours I have ever seen for an "urgent" care."
