"Kaiser Murrieta Ambulatory is absolutely the best! The facility is spotless, but it’s the people working there that earn this 5-star review. Every single employee, doctor, surgery tech, and nurse went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe and cared for. Dr Rhim as always was awesome, Dr Garcia, the anesthesiologist was super nice, even the OR staff took time to introduce themselves, and Nurse Dana took great care of me after surgery. I’ve had surgery a few times in my life and it’s never fun, but if you have to have surgery, this is the place to go. Top notch all the way around"

His staff displayed excellent customer service during and after my surgery. They were so kind to sing Happy Birthday to me as I entered the operating room. "Connie was awesome! Excellent service! I didn't even feel the needle go in and she was pleasant to talk to during the brief visit. "I wasn’t feeling well, so I went to urgent care. While I was waiting to be seen, I decided to pick up some medicine from the pharmacy. When I was seen at urgent care, I was asked to go have some blood work done. The nurses and physicians assistant in the urgent care were incredibly nice, kind and empathetic to my condition. The pharmacy person who took my request was friendly and there was even a huge line, so I’m sure they were all under pressure to get people in and out. Connie, the lab technician who took my blood, what an incredibly kind, friendly, wonderful person. I hate getting my blood taken, in fact, I’ve been known to pass out on occasion. She joked with me, smiled, made me laugh, and I didn’t think about it for a second and then it was over. I wish everybody who took my blood was as nice as her."
