"Stay away from them. They are extremely rude to their patients! Lady at the reception didn't listen to me once and kept talking over me , Zero communication, scheduler does not even know what they are scheduling for. Plus when i asked them to get clarity, they started insulting me. There are lot of great OBGYN options, avoid them at all possible costs!"

"I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time for this office, because the reviews for the physician I saw were amazing! Unfortunately, the staff at this office is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They don't have MyChart and don't allow children in the office, so I decided to begin the transfer process to an easier office that would be more convenient for my family. I had an absolute NIGHTMARE exchange with the office manager after attempting to fax my medical records to my new intended office. The records were not received so I asked them to use a different fax number but was berated for making her waste paper. She then cancelled my next appointment without telling me, even though I had not yet been accepted as a new patient at the new office. I'm now 19 weeks pregnant without an OB because they refused to see me after sending my records and completing my transfer (even though I never officially transferred and nobody told me my appointment was cancelled), I'm due for an anatomy scan that I now don't have a referral for, and I have to wait at least another month to get an appointment anywhere else. I can't believe this woman works with expectant mothers! There was no reason to treat me this way. And the real kicker? If they had MyChart, this wouldn't have even been an issue because I would have had access to my own records! Which is exactly why I was leaving in the first place. Garbage customer service! DO BETTER."

"Terrible office. There are only two doctors available and they do not accept new patients. Don’t waste your time. The front office staff is extremely rude and not accommodating. They do not let children in office, pretty ironic for being a OBGYN office. They are very insensitive considering the nature of your needs for this type of specialty. They do not provide reminder calls, emails or texts for apts but will charge you $50 no show fee. I’ve worked in healthcare for 12 years and this is a joke of a clinic. I’ll be reporting."

"RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND A NIGHTMARE! I have NEVER been treated so poorly than my time trying to get an appointment here. I tried for a MONTH to get an appointment with no success. I call and call and am told I need certain things from insurance which I provide. Going back and forth between this office, insurance, and my doctor to get all the needed information/documents. May I add that I am a week away from hitting my second trimester which I HAVE TOLD THEM REPEATEDLY AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. I call a final time with EVERYTHING they have asked for and they tell me they’ll see if they can fit me in and call me back. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL! I will be going elsewhere. This is not how you treat expectant mothers. I was met with rude exchanges each time I called and they do not care about me being so far along. They offered no help and it’s disgusting how you can be in this line of work and be so selfish. I WOULD NOT TRY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. They have cold hearts and are cruel. I have never left a review in my life but I felt like I have to share my experience. Word of advice, get A NEW RECEPTIONIST!"

"I cannot say enough about this office! The front staff including Maria and Annabell are so kind, and incredibly helpful!! Maria specifically helped me out so much!! My Doctor, Dr. Calinisan, is patient, understanding and cares about her patients. Been coming here since I moved here 3 years ago, won't go anywhere else."
