"Took my infant to Hanger clinic to have an evaluation for a cranial helmet. My daughter head shape was flat. I cannot thank Michelle and staff for a warm welcoming approach. We went ahead and proceeded with the cranial helmet. We look forward for her results."

"Our physician sent us here for a back brace foe my daughter who suffered multiple spinal fractures. Thry sat on the referral for a week, until I started complaining to the doctor and the Health Insurance. Finally got the referral so I call to make an appointment, and come to find out they still had not submitted to the insurance for authorization. They said they would but it takes 5 to 7 business days to do so, and that their next available appointment would be an additional 3 weeks out. Umm, hello, but my daughter's broken back can't wait that long! At any point in this conversation they could have directed me to a different Hangar branch, but did not. It was not until the insurance advocate contacted them that that decision was made. This branch had all the info and could have submitted for the Auth to help expedite the process for my poor child who was waiting and waiting, but then they refused because they wouldn't be fulfilling it after all since we decided to go to another Hangar office e who had a time appropriate appointment. This office is HORRIBLE."
