"The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The medical staff is probably understaffed (still professional and nice). Sometimes the x ray machine is down which is a bummer."

"Went to take my husband in who is horribly sick. Lady says appointments only and sends him out... nobody in the place... aren't you suppose to help people who are sick?... you should also take the big sign down out front that says walk ins."

"Went here for a last minute college sports physical. I waited about an hour, which isn’t horrible for a walk in. Can I just say, Dr.Morris was awesome! They had me out as fast as possible after getting in the back office. Plus, it was half, or even 1/4 of the cost of some of the urgent cares in the surrounding areas. Definitely would recommend! (:"

"I have had to use this facility a couple of times. One daughter with swimmers ear and another caught pink eye at a birthday party. The option to be able to schedule a visit and check-in online was great. I filled out paperwork and able to photograph insurance cards and ID card. The wait wasn't long and the staff was friendly. Both times we had very nice physician assistants help us. The parking in front is limited and tight for my suv but there is plenty of parking in the structure and an elevator to get inside."

"This is the worst urgent care facility. In fact they should not be allowed to call it "Urgent". They have absolutely no urgency to serve their patients who are obviously there because they have and urgent medical need. I took my wife there yesterday because she feel and hurt her side. We thought she may have a cracked rib or something. When we arrived nobody was waiting, but the nurse was on lunch and it would be 15 minutes. No big deal. I was 30 minutes to get checked in after that then sat in the room for another 30 minutes. They don't have doctors so a PA saw her and asked her what her visit was for. After she explained the PA asked no questions - nothing. Didn't ask if she was in pain or what her pain level was at that point. The PA didn't even asked to see the area which was bruised or swollen. My wife came out and asked me if she should get an X-ray and I said yes, because it is better to be safe that sorry. She told the PA she wanted the x-ray and he said what's the point the treatment is the same no matter what. They said the X-ray would take 15 minutes and it was another hour. The PA said we can leave and they would call us with the results. They called and said they didn't see anything fractured and just follow the treatment discussed. We said the PA gave us no diagnosis or any treatment. No medicine, no cream, no wrap, just absolutely nothing. It was a complete wasted a time at this horrible clinic that doesn't care about health care. We will never go there again and will tell everyone to AVOID RIVERSIDE URGENT CARE!!!"
