"This is a review for the urgent care facility. I take my kids here both under 6 years of age and I always receive very kind care. All the doctors are very caring and I always get prompt care. I am very thankful that this urgent care is here wait time is usually an hour instead of waiting for 12 hours at the Er. We saw Dr Wang today and he was very nice and attentive with my toddler. Thank you for the great staff."

"Omg these people in this office are relentless! Since March of this year they been calling my grandmother who has dementia to sign up for a bunch of different programs and trying to get her to see a nurse or over the phone doctor for no reason! We told them we are in the process of moving and we will call them when we get to our new place. They Call about 3 times a week even though we told them we are moving. I finally had enough and demanded to talk to a manager. They hanged up on me the first time. The second time they said they would transfer me to a customer care specialist but they transfered me to the H R department and it was, was a recording! We never heard of this office of optom we live an hour away and never seen any doctor in this building whatsoever!!!"

"I have been here 3 times in the past 30 days and each visit was excellent, all for my kids aged 3 and under when the pediatrician couldn't offer same day appt. We were seen within 10-15min for vitals and initial inspection by a nurse, and then triaged where wait ranged from 30 min to 50 min. The doctors all had great bedside manner and provided good explanations for what they were doing. We had sutures removed and it was very professionally done with a very child friendly GP. They saw us for an acute ear infection after a rupture, and managed a thorough exam of a 1.5 year old. No complaints at all."

"I had to go in twice to this location to get stitches in my hand and then have them removed. The wait was pretty long both times ( at least an hour+ in the lobby and then more in the actual room ) but the doctors were polite and friendly and did a good job. From my experience of other urgent care places I have waited 15-30 mins max to be seen even on busy days. Maybe a new location/more staff in the area is needed so the wait is not so long if you're in pain or are bleeding like I was. ER is not exactly a shorter wait and costs more $$ even with insurance."
