"*unprofessional staff (underdressed, attitude, lazy) *long wait times *no communication *billing/insurance errors despite correction I took my infant twins to see Dr. Donna Hines. Dr. Hines is an okay Dr and did routine/standard care. Nothing more nothing less. My complaint is not against the Dr that we saw. She did talk over me though and would assume the questions i was going to ask. I would ask a question and she would answer a different question that i never asked. We were SHOCKED by the lack of professionalism that we experienced. I work in healthcare and the behaviors amongst staff would not be tolerated by any other facility. We arrived over 30 minutes early for our twins visit to fill out paperwork. We were not greeted nor acknowledged for at least 15 minutes after arrival. (They looked at us but ignored us ). This would be fine if the staff was busy but we could see them in the other room laughing and not being productive. Front office lady seemed irritated, hungover and could not remember that she told us to email our insurance cards despite not having a busy office at the time. They insisted on billing our secondary insurance and refused to even enter our primary insurance into the system. We were at the Drs office for 3 1/2 hours total when it was just a vaccine appointment . I called 3 times just to get vaccination records and thankfully got someone who could help me the last time that i called and told me they would have it by the end of the day (thankyou). Nurse ROLLED her eyes when we gave an estimate for oz intake for the boys since we didnt have an exact answer (they were cluster feeding for awhile so its different) . I wish i was making this up but she didn't even try to hide it. Im not sure who i spoke to on the phone but thank you for deleting future appointments and thankyou for the people who helped me get the vaccine record. We will not be back but at least theres some staff doing their job! I was honestly worried because thats only 2 people out of who knows how many. That was by far the worst doctor expirience ive ever had. Note: the weigh machines are outdated and the nurse did not get a real weight. She gave an estimated weight but the indicator was never balanced EDIT. THEY NEVER DELETED FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. THE ONE THING THEY DID RIGHT IT TURNS OUT THEY NEVER DID. THIS LOCATION IS A F******* JOKE !!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ????"

"After struggling for years with my son's pediatrician (whom he was seeing since he was born and he is almost 9 now). He needed an evaluation/diagnosis desperately. I chose Caduceus for his new Primary Care Provider because I was tired of going in circles. So it was time for a change. AND WE LOVE THE WAITING AREA! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. At our most recent visit, we finally explored the rest of the building... We looked at all the art and read all the information posted about the old citrus packing houses. And then I understood all the CITRUS photos and decorations. The story of how this place started is really cool and all of the decor is very well thought out. I have 2 complaints ((but I still gave them 5 stars because these complaints aren't related to my son's care)) 1- THE BOTTOM OF THE KOI POND NEEDS TO BE REFINISHED DESPERATELY because the poor fish keep eating little pieces of the paint that's peeling off in there. That's definitely not good for them and I think they would be a lot prettier if they weren't eating pond-plaster or whatever it is. 2- Most of the arcade-styles games (air hockey, basketball hoops, pinball) in the waiting area are BROKEN. But considering all that, it's still THE BEST children's waiting area that I've ever seen in a doctor's office."

"I absolutely love the pediatricians in this office. Dr. Ayad, Dr. Hines and Dr. Saba are all wonderful. They take such good care of my daughter. I emailed asking for an appt at 530am. We were in office by 930am. Couldn't ask for better care."

"Weve been coming here with our 10 month old since she was born and there’s literally ALWAYS an issue, whether it’s a long wait, a room with broken AC, recently we’ve been trying to catch up on her vaccines and 6 weeks ago we had to reschedule because they were out of stock of what she needed. So we went back today and AGAIN they were out of the vaccines she needed so now we need to go back again. We’re always rushed and does not feel like an organized or professional environment. Spend less time on the koi pond and more effort on the business. Definitely will not be going here much longer"

"Between awesome check in staff, Jessica, to the amazing playground waiting area, to the great medical assistant Sasha and the AMAZING Dr Hines, I continue to bring my children here. Caduceus 4 Kids is an amazing doctors office. I brought my son in today bcUz he doesn’t feel well and they treated him with excellent care! I was even offered refreshments while I was waiting. Highly recommend this office!"
