"Caduceus for women: The start of my experience was nothing to write home about. It was a normal experience, however when I asked to transfer my records they said they faxed it but never did. It took me following up multiple weeks to finally get the records. The staff was not helpful at all and try to charge you for everything. I was overcharged on every single appointment there so make sure to check your bill, co-pay and bank statement. Patient help is non existent. If there is any recommendation I have is get better patient care. Customer service is quality the staff desperately needs. I would strongly recommend another doctors office. Alicia Clark was the best part of my experience."

"This medical group is wonderful. The 4Kids clinic downstairs is amazing, I have never seen a doctors office like it. There's a giant koi pool, lots of games for the kids to play with and even a bounce castle too! They have gone above and beyond with their waiting area. The inside offices are nice too, many are decorated to cater to kids. The staff is nice and very helpful and always do their best to help me, even with complicated matters. The Primary Physicians upstairs are awesome and the waiting area is lovely. I could probably sit in there all day. This whole building is so unique and the way they have it decorated really makes you feel like you're more out in the citrus fields as opposed to the doctors office"

"Have been going to caduceus for almost 10 years, like working with doctor Ponzio. Other staff, specifically patient relations (Tina) have no customer relations sense. I told the front desk and nurse i am having heart attack and probably I should go to ER as they can probably not treat me, They told me they will take care of me. They took my vital signs and performed EKG and asked me to go ER. Which I was telling them in first place. What value they added? Delayed my treatment and top of that they want to bill me. How is this fair to any one ? I m not going to pay, will fight for this and also ending my relationship with them."

"After first appointment, Doctor recommended an CT scan of my knee for a possible torn meniscus. My claim was rejected by my insurance and requested a peer to peer consultation with my doctor to review the situation. Front office called to tell me that the doctor was too busy for a peer to peer consultation so my treatment was changed to simply "physical therapy" as a result. Shouldn't a treatment plan be adjusted based on data and testing instead of busy schedules? Seems very strange to me. The office management seems very unorganized and it is very difficult to reach them by phone. I join the other low ratings. I'd look elsewhere for any ortho appointments."
