"you know everyone says this place is bad, but i've been to a couple psych wards and can say that this oke is actually really good. staff was nice (excluding the man at the end who asked me to rate higher instead of lower), and i was able to relax in my time there. they do let you shower every night if you want, but it's not a long shower. i read these reviews before going, so maybe it's just other experiences or overexaggerations, but my visit here wasn't too bad. plus i made friends"
"Stayed there for a week for treatment. Staff was rude and unprofessional and constantly disregarded my needs. I’ve also witnessed someone try to hurt themselves, and the staff barely did anything. If anything, the staff would rather watch you die than to actually try to help you. Also, ANTS AND COCKROACHES. Everywhere; tried to address it the staff and they told me to shut up. Was forced to shower with ants. Giving them just one star is too generous. -100000/10. Would not recommend."
"My mother is currently there and the nurses in her unit (2A) are children. They are loud and horse play whenever I’m on the phone with my mom. For the most part though, they don’t answer the phone because they’re lazy. They are rude and intimidating to patients. I can hear them yelling and cursing at patients. There’s also some sort of extortion going on as I can hear them pressuring patients to find out who has money. Disgusting behavior. My mother isn’t being treated properly. I contacted a few lawyers on Friday and have 4 in-person consultations scheduled for Monday. If I decide I like one of the lawyers, I will be following up with a lawsuit to get my mother out of that place and to hold them responsible for their abuse and negligence. I won’t say everything but there’s two particular employees currently on women’s unit 2A who made big mistakes. The idiots don’t know I was recording my phone call with my mom and caught some extremely disturbing statements. Once I talk to the lawyers, I’m sending the audio to local media outlets. Edit: my mother was released and is now missing. She was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. Apparently after I posted the initial review, she was dropped off in front of a random room and board and we haven’t been able to locate her since. If something happens to my mother I’m holding the hospital responsible. They could have notified me that they would drop her off on at a random location."
"NEVER go here, it will only leave you traumatized and feeling worse. Only good thing this place offers is the decent food (which isn’t even healthy) and SOME of the nurses, that make you feel special. It’s filthy in that entire ‘hospital’. A used diaper was in my room and ants were in the bathroom. Doctors are emotionless and don’t properly access you, nor do they care about you. (Heavily directed towards Dr Deshmuk) They’ll also keep you longer than you need to. Nurses at the front are too busy twiddling their thumbs to answer the phone. They don’t give guardians/caretakers updates on your state, so how are they supposed to know if you’re ready to go home? I hope this place gets investigated and shut down. It’s unprofessional and feels like a movie set. I left being more mentally unstable than when I got admitted"
"I had a wonderful experience. I came out feeling so much better and all the nurses provided so much help to me including talking to the patients. I would just say it’s cold but that’s about it. Oh and I wish they would have checked my hand sooner into being there and not the last day I left but it’s okay I am still 100% happy that they did the best they could."
