Reviews
"This is a public health clinic that accepts walk-ins and appointments. They do testing for various things like HIV and specialize in helping the LGBTQIA community. I have been coming here for a few months now and I have a good experience each visit. The wait can get long; I've waited up to an hour before. It is located on the bottom floor of an apartment building. There's an underground parking lot, but I believe it is for the tenants of the apartment building."
"I don’t know why the reviews are so negative, I’ve been coming here for years and have always had the best care I’ve ever had at a clinic.. the Dr’s also take their time to actually talk to you and it doesn’t feel like they’re rushing to leave.. they’ve helped me with mental health, sexual health, and general health. They always have my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy promptly , I literally don’t have any complaints.. even when I’m a walk in they attend me swiftly.. It’s a very clean facility, the receptionists are always so kind too. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a good dr especially if they prefer and LGBT+ environment.. shout out to Dr B and Dr. Felicia!"
"Don’t go here if you want any actual care or concern for your health or well being. Every single prescription I’ve gotten has not been sent to the pharmacy with sufficient instructions for the pharmacy to fill. When the pharmacy reaches out to the office, they do not respond. When you are forced to call the clinic yourself and request that they rectify the situation, they send over the same prescription with the same insufficient instructions. Poorly run. Poorly managed. Sketchy facilities and doctors who have no concern for you the moment you walk out the door."
"This place offers the best transgender programs. I travel 47 miles everytime for my appointment because it's totally worth it. The doctors are the best and very understanding. Make sure to make an appointment because wait times are a bit long even with an appointment. They play movies in the waiting room. Great clinic."
