"I would caution against choosing this doctor's office for your primary care needs. The receptionist at the front desk lacks competence, and I've missed my appointment four times without receiving any follow-up calls. Despite expressing concerns about not receiving text reminders, the receptionist insisted the system was functioning correctly. turns out it’s coming from my email the Reminders and she just happened to tell me that today but wow telling me that I get a text message to opt into texting. It's evident their communication system is flawed, and missing crucial appointments could have serious Life and death consequences. Attempts to contact the office yesterday twice were unsuccessful, as my calls went unanswered, even after leaving a message. Considering the nonchalant attitude towards their responsibilities, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and responsive healthcare."

"Dr. Yun is an amazing person he gives me my referrals stat I wouldn’t want to change my doctor for no other. Nd everyone is so friendly and amazing staff is on point."

"The waiting room along with the rooms are very clean. Dr. Yun takes his time with you and listens to your concerns. All of the staff is nice and helpful. They get you in and out without any issues."

"Dr Yun truly needs to hang up his license and be done with practicing altogether, he can give two Sh!ts about people or their issue.... 15 years ago i was ignored by him... brushed off my concerns i ended up getting worse and switched doctors after Dr Yun told me to go home and basically just deal with it at home and alone well about a week later i was finally able to switch doctors, the new doctors RAN TESTS and actually did something about my pain and ended up having surgery on my issue (the same issue that dr. Yun said wasn't a big deal and refused to run any tests at all) i vowed i would never go back to him then about 7 months i was assigned to the same medical group he was at by my insurance company, but he wasn't my assigned doctor so i was ok with it (my doctor is really a great doctor and really listens so this isnt about any other doctor but Dr Yun) BUT....... i needed an appointment right away AND Dr. Yun was the only doctor available so i said what the heck there's NO WAY HE WAS GOING TO DO THIS TO ME TWICE lol boy was i wrong!!!!! i went there Monday asking him to help me with this extreme pain he says take ib prophen and you'll be fine (as if i just felt a slight pain and the first thing i did was go run to the doctor instead of trying everything i could before calling) he replies he can do nothing and im too young to give me any pain reliever (im almost 40 BTW) claims im not in pain completely ignoring everything i JUST told him i was going through and if he gives my anything it'll be medical malpractice for treating his patient, weird because isnt it malpractice for not treating your patient?! needless to say, I WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN and i will be sure to put a complaint in with my insurance company."
