"Husband went here, was told he had a broken arm. They didn't even only gave him a splint. No cast, even though there were plenty of employees/doctors just sitting there. Also had the worst time transferring there xray records to my primaries system, they gave us a CD that didn't work."

"The girls at the front desk were amazing and friendly. However, the young blonde doctor that helped me today did not seem to experienced. She told me that she would give me a cream and three pills for my pain. Then I get to Walgreens and find out she did not prescribe a cream or pills. Rather she prescribed 5% lidocaine patches that were $300 and not covered by My paid insurance. When you can buy four percent lidocaine patches over the counter for $16. I hope she helps other people better than she helped me today"

"My father walked into this urgent care, with an appointment, needing actual medical attention and received none. They charged him for the appointment, him made him wait two hours told him they would offer to at the very least help with the dehydration with an IV of fluids and then turned around told him they couldn’t help him and discharged him saying go the the ER instead. This place isn’t taking patient care seriously at all, they did none of the basic procedures."

"I just wanted to say that I have been coming here for awhile and the medical team is great as well as most of the reception staff. Unfortunately today I went in there to ask about some paperwork and the lady with the grey braids at the desk was completely rude and abrupt with her answers. I had asked for a work note and she replied rudely that it was emailed to me. I started to explain to her that the attachment wouldn't open at all and she interrupted me saying what to use as the password. Again I tried telling her that it wouldn't open at all for me to even put a password in and she just says well help you in a minute. Have a seat. All the while not even looking up from her computer. Please, if you hate your job that much then find something else."
