"I am reviewing for my Husband who is a patient at this facility... His experience has been extremely unpleasant. The staff has not been pleasant at all! Either they are not trained correctly or just dont have any work ethic...either way it that's a company issue shouldn't be a patient issue. The front office staff has proven on many occasions to be extremely lazy...making for patients to wait until they return from lunch to check the patients out...just chatting it up while a patient is waiting to check in, on their phones (which is very unprofessional),gossiping about other staff members,no desire to meet the patient where their at and lack of ethics. The priority should be patients,providing top notch patient care and exquisite bed side manner....not the case at this office! You all should be extremely embarrassed of who you have working in your office calling themselves professionals!!!!"

"Appointment was supposed to be at 12:30p. I arrived at 12:10, was put in the exam room at 12:20. It's now 1:32p as I write this still waiting to be seen by the doctor. All I'm here for it to get cleared for work. All businesses should be aware you won't get your employees back the same day and all patients should bring a pillow and blanket to take a nap in the exam room while you wait to be seen."

"Arrived to an office with 4 or 5 people waiting (not many); things were moving (not fast, but moving); as people were called and tested, then released, people trickled in. Everyone there when I arrived was seen and released, all the people who came after me were seen and released , then when there was, virtually, no one else to call… I was finally called. When I was called the technician spoke to me in the most aggressive and disdainful tone she could muster. You’d think we had a continuous history or something. I felt disrespected enough that I nearly gave her a piece of my mind in front of everyone (I opted not to fearing what she could do regarding my test.) Terrible."

"Wait time with no appointment was not bad at all. In n out just under 2hrs for work physical. Staff were super nice and exhibited great bed side manners."

"The staff was very friendly and the office was clean and comfortable. There can be a long wait, so I went when they first opened and they got the paperwork started right away. I'd say I waited an hour, maybe less, and they took me back and got everything started. I'd definitely recommend this place for any work required physicals."
