"The experience itself was ok. I was disappointed there is not better communication that 24 hour/ day locations do not offer all services during hours of operation. Essentially no MD supervision before 7 or after 6 (need to confirm the PM time). No one after hours can read a TB test! So what is the point of being open 24 hours if there is no medical supervision…I digress, but this should be clearly communicated when the website really only specifies appointments are not required."

"Workers were super nice my complaint isn’t here! My complaint comes with my need for my TB results ASAP in order to start working soon. I was refused my results because I was told to go get checked out on the physical appearance of my neck. The Dr told me that he thought I had thyroid issues. To which I told him I’ve been checked for it before, my neck has looked like this since I was 10 and it’s never been an issue. I really liked the workers but I wish they wouldn’t have withheld my info just because of that. Especially when it has nothing to do with what I went for, it won’t prohibit me from my job or anything. Regardless everyone was cool, and probably would go again but not without a drs note or something."

"I have never been to such an amazing workers comp doctor before! They are amazing! The customer service was on point from the reception to the doctor. They offered me snacks, coffee, and water while I waited to be seen by the doctor and even after my visit was complete. They were all very kind, genuine, understanding and friendly. I highly recommend this place both as an urgent care and workers comp provider."

"The nurse was incredible. She was so kind and helpful. I can't remember her name. She has black hair and tattoos. Please look her up for me if you can because she was awesome and made me feel so comfortable. I really appreciated her care because I was nervous and she made me feel very relaxed."

"The staff is nice and friendly, they definitely give you an honest answer about the wait time, so be mindful of how long you might have to be there. Give yourself some time while you wait. The staff was fun to chat with when I went in the morning, it’s all about the vibe you give off. And the staff, PA and Doctor were thorough about the visit, made sure all the I’s were dotted and Ty’s were crossed. Overall I had a great experience with this location!"
