"Honestly the wait time was longgg! I had made a phone call before i even arrived and the person that answered the phone had let me know that for a drug test it does not take too much time that it was going to be quick i arrived at around 11:40am i wasn’t out of the place till 1:30pm or so. Mind you i called to make an appt. to not be in there for too long I was advised i didn’t need one, next time i will be going to a different clinic."

"I had received such excellent.Care From the receptionist to the doctors to the back office nurse to physical therapy and the gentleman who helped me in physical therapy. Very kind, very understanding, very compassionate. You don't get that often in certain places and I appreciate it completely. I had missed an appointment because I had a dentist appointment.I could really forgot.They called to check up on me to see if I was okay and to reschedule my appointment.Who does that a lot of people?Don't they just take it as lost this facility?In placentia You're awesome."

"Horrible place. My mom who hurt her knee at worked visited this center and met with Dr. Peter Borden. He was completely disrespectful to my mom, making rude comments about her weight (basically calling her obese) and talking loudly about her medical condition in the hallway where everyone can hear. She was so embarrassed and felt horrible about herself for the rest of the day. My mom is not overweight and is struggling with a genetic medical condition, and the last thing she needed was a doctor, a medical professional, to make her feel discouraged about getting her knee fixed. Very disappointed."

"Short wait, professional front office, PA Aaron was knowledgeable and caring, Xray tech (sorry, I don’t remember his name) was gentle and skilled. Overall a surprisingly pleasant experience. Thank you!"

"I've been there a couple of times for the same injury. The first time was spectacular, the second time my times and assigned doctor were mixed up. They have me scheduled to see the same doctor I saw on the first visit. So I waited around for an hour and was able to see the specialist. So it did work out but it was very confusing. Great staff, maybe the scheduling was out of their control."
