"As a result of an injury, at times, pain to my back was at 9 or 10 levels. I was very fortunate to have gone to Select Physical Therapy in Fountain Valley. The facility is clean, friendly staff, and physical therapist are very knowledgeable. The physical therapist provided guidance and exercises/ stretches that were not only effective, but very “simple” and something I could do at home and incorporate in my “lifestyle”. Just doing 20 minutes of exercise daily at home, in between physical therapy sessions was a life changer. My pain level when I started was 9 to 10 which greatly limited my ability to do physical activity. By the time I did my last session at Select Physical Therapy, my pain level became significantly less which put me on a path to do more physical activities. "About 10 months ago I started feeling pain in my left arm. I attempted chiropractic relief and prolotherapy injections. When neither relieved my pain I pushed for an MRI. I learned that I am suffering from Bicep Tendonosis so I was referred to Select Physical Therapy and assigned to Reed on day 1. I can’t say after 3 sessions that I’m cured but I certainly feel a big difference.
