"Staff is super friendly, clinic is clean. I went on a Friday night at 7 o’clock and was seen about 45 minutes later which I thought was really good. There was about four people ahead of me. The doctor was able to help me out right there with my issue and sent me on my way. In and out of there in a hour."

"I went in to this urgent care because I thought I was trying to pop a pimple in my ear but then it swelled up and was almost blocking my ear canal. No pain, but looked really bad and when I went in not only did I get in super fast, but nurse Monica was absolutely incredible. Friendly and calm and fun. She did all of the prep work, and then when they knew they needed to drain my ear, she sent me to another room. Once I got in that room, she kept me incredibly calm and relaxed. While Dr. Nguyên was performing the procedure to drain the blood from my ear, nurse Monica was there to hold a buzzing machine on my neck that made a noise and a sensation that took my mind off of what was going on. She also made jokes and kept things light. When I thought I was going to pass out from the pain and intensity of what was going on , she immediately got me a bucket and started fanning me while also assisting Dr. Nguyen, who was skillfully and quickly taking out the blood as fast as she could, while letting me know what was going on to calm my nerves. The two of them were extremely helpful in making a situation that I have never been in before , very comfortable . I am so incredibly grateful for this team. You are in good hands if you go to this urgent care. Thank you so much Nurse Monica, and Dr. Nguyen for all of your help. I am grateful!"
