"These people cancel appointments at the last minute. This is the third time I take the day off to take my son in, they cancel at last minute. They should pay us for not canceling at least 24 hrs. Two cancellations with Dr Contractor and one with Dr Emely Todd. So unprofessional. They take advantage."
