"I had a horrible experience with Dr Heidi. I had lipo 360 and she completely destroyed my body. My abdomen is uneven and my arms and thighs have dividens that look terrible. The worst part is that real surgeons have major concerns in fixing the botched procedure due to how my skin was left incredibly too thin. I’ve been told they are horrified as am I! "7/21/23 Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I had a consultation scheduled to see what surgical options I had for my under eye area because I was told I am not a candidate for under eye filler. I assumed this would be with someone that performs these procedures to give me a recommendation of my options. This was not the case. The staff that came in was nice and all but wow. Red Flags, for me anyway. 1. When she came in, she asked what I was there to talk about, she did not have details in her notes . I was taken back but told her. 2. She looked at me and said I would be a candidate for something called Blepharoplasty. Where they will make small slits. I asked if this was where the fat deposits are removed to smooth the area. She said it was not it was a lift however, if they get in there and there is fat that can probably remove it. 3. I asked if I can get more information and see before and after photos and she pulled up images from google on her phone. 4. I asked if I am able to get information on the doctors, their work and photos of procedures they have done before I decided. She said that she had one more patient and she would send me information by email. It never came. 5. I told her I was going to start researching doctors and getting a few more consults to be sure and she recommended the Guru of under eye surgery that was next door and said his fees are the same. The amount of the procedure is not an issue. The issue is finding a facility that I am comfortable with, has a great reputation, gives proper consultations and is able to answer all your questions. I have wanted to do this very awhile now but have been afraid to have my eyes cut open. Now that I am ready, I have zero trust in the way things were presented to me and will not be using Restore Med Spa."
