"I’m going to write an honest review here, a lot of these reviews are good because you win some kind of gift card for writing a good review. But here is an HONEST ONE I’m giving two stars because the staff is friendly, I can’t complain. They’re doing their job. The wait time is not bad, usually I would go in very quickly. But if you are looking for a doctor that will be there for you every step of the way, caring, really dedicated to your pregnancy this is not the place. Throughout my pregnancy I met with doctor Joseph only twice because he is not at the clinic every day. Yeah, In 9 months I only met him twice. Whenever I explained symptoms I had that bothered me he was never too concerned. I don’t even think he remembers who I was. For my delivery he was late on arrival, he actually showed up while I was pushing my baby out, I waited for him for an hour. I was in labor 26 hours and the clinic never sent my chart to the hospital. Yes, the chart that has your entire pregnancy history was never sent. When my baby was finally born I asked the nurse about the heart murmur my baby had and if they were going to do any exams. She said the staff at the hospital did know NOTHING about a heart murmur when they asked my doctor about it he did not remember. I literally had spoken to him about this two day’s prior. After about a month post partum I developed really horrible Post partum depression when I called the clinic to inquire about it they told me they don’t deal with post partum cases and told me to find help elsewhere like my local mental health clinic. They didn’t even bother screen me , or see me. They just rejected it completely. If you are looking for that wow memorable experience with a doctor who truly cares and you’re not just another patient to him or $$ paycheck, I would truly recommend you go elsewhere. I wish someone would have told me this before."
