Im very upset this is the closest office to my house and they disrespect me like this. I also work in the medical field and it's not okay. After the 3rd time , Monique answered said they have phone issues . Management should really look into that ."

"The staff saw me 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment and the physician just told me she could not give me a diagnosis for my condition. She sent me to get lab results and the tech there took 10 minutes to confirm that the doctor sent me there. This location is actually closer to my house than other Pioneer Medical Group facilities, but I do not plan on coming back."
