"Absolute horrible customer service. And apparently, since car insurance is hard to come by in California nowadays, they increase their rates without telling their customers and then won’t even work with them To make their payments. Don’t ask them any questions about your policy because they act fully bothered by any questions you may ask. I also incurred extra fees because of their lack of response to emails and phone calls. And then they refuse to remove the fees due to their errors. Garbage. As you can see from their generic responses to every customer, how much they actually care"

"When I got into a car accident and I told the man “ What the heck man my car is totaled are you going to be able to pay for this he looked me in my eye and said I don’t have regular insurance I have top insurance and he raised his hand to signify his statement. At that point I was mad but trusted him and he was not wrong Kemper agreed he was at fault valued my car 10x what I bought my old car for and then paid me for the days I missed work and paid me for slight pain and suffering even though I was not entitled to it because I didn’t have insurance on my vehicle So this is an amazing insurance company and I’m so happy that guy caused the accident it has upgraded me and change my life I love you Kemper"

"If i could put zero stars i would i got into a accident with a person who had this insurance, i was declares not at fault from both my insurance and kemper the other persons insurance. I frequently get brushed off or given vague and un descriptive awnsers as to the timeline of my claim being settled they will say this and this will happen by this day and i wont get a update and have to call and be put on hols for hours only to find out none of it got done … i ask when will it be done or can i have a estimate on when they will do this or that and i get alot of words for essentially it will get done when it gets done . I was in a not at fault accident and yet im treated like i am or dont matter . My vehicle was taken from me yet its taken themover 19 days and they are still having doing their job . Pls if u have this insurance just leave or get into a accident with someone with this insurance even worse , its like trying to reach someone who owes u money . They are always unavailable or cant be reached unless they want sum from you"

"I was in a car accident involving a 4 car collision. The guy responsible ran a red light. We all have car insurance to have a peace of mind and not have to stress when accidents happen. Infinity insurance is the worst car insurance I've had in 35 years. After being in an accident that wasn't my fault it was very stressful having to argue with Infinity Insurance trying to get them to cover the damages to my truck. After arguing with them for about a year and being without a car we finally got Infinity insurance to cover half of the cost of the accident but I couldn't believe that I was paying for this insurance that wouldn't cover 100% of the cost of an accident that wasn't my fault. I still had to come out of pocket approximately $10,000. Infinity insurance by far is the worst insurance I've ever had in 35 years."
