"So I was a bit flustered before, but I am very happy with the reply. Also, last time instead of going in I went to memorial care and it was... not fun. Instead of going to my followup there, I decided to go into Nair despite the outside appearance of the new location. It is so nice and clean inside and the experience was as good or better than it had been at their old location. Screw the old landlord that made it difficult for Nair to move on such short notice! Don't judge a book by its cover (and maybe by the time you read this the exterior will be complete). Their customer service and care is just as good as before.
