"Ive waited 2 weeks for an appointment which they claim they will call me once "theyre ready. " Whoever answers their phones is rude and unprofessional. She placed me on hold at 11:20am until it was 11:30am and then hung up on my. When I called back they had a voice message stating that they're cloaed for lunch from 12pm-1pm and staff is unavailable from 11:30am-1:30pm. So she placed me on hold until she could just hang up on me instead of helping me figure out the status of my appointment request."
"I first started going to them in 2019 only because a nurse or Dr from their clinic said they were gonna do all they can to make sure I delivered natural and not have a C-section. I actually switched my Dr who I was seeing at time who was a great Dr but no longer did deliveries, only everything else but he wasn’t to keen on trying for a Vbac. Anyhow once I switched, most of the time I saw a different Dr, which wasn’t really a problem as long as they were fully up to date. So one of the Dr’s I saw frequently pushed for me to get a induced labor, not for any medical reasons, I was worried that would lower my chances of a vbac but I did it anyway. Once at the hospital during induction and labor , not once did I see one familiar face nor did I have anyone there supporting my efforts toward a Vbac, at some point I had to do emergency C-section again! And everything was super rushed and unsupportive. To make matters worse , almost 3 weeks later I was admitted for low blood count but while there had a pseudoaneurysm burst in my uterus they said and it caused a lot of bleeding and I needed a massive blood transfusion and was rushed to OR, but that isn’t the issue, it’s that after I was released, they had me come to the clinic for a follow up from the traumatic experience I just had, almost lost my life and the Dr they had me see had no idea why I was there or what just happened and I had never seen him before. It was really weird, I was still in pain, I could’ve stayed home, I could’ve literally did that appointment on the phone, he didn’t take any blood samples to see if my blood was stable anything. Also currently, no one answers the phone, I know places get busy but to continuously happen. However I am grateful to God my baby was born healthy, and when I was admitted to the hospital for the pseudoaneurysm there was a familiar Dr from the clinic who was overseeing me while at Memorial and because of her insisting I stay at the hospital because of my levels I read of going home, was a great call on her part because I was in the hospital next day when the rupture happened. So I Thank God for her. Also I had an appt before for a procedure, I get there and they say it’s canceled and they called but they never did or leave a msg. Hopefully they get someone in charge of this office that truly cares about humans and excellent customer service regardless of status."
"Do not go to this hospital. I have a painful sensation on my breast. They didn’t touch me or give me any exams because I told them it was possible a cyst. They said go to your primary care provider. I wasn’t how I’m pain so they said go home take a Tylenol. They do not care about women’s health. Neglect. Empty space. Nurses are extremely rude."
"I am two weeks away from being 8 months pregnant, I have been trying to reschedule my appointment since my last missed appointment at three old office on Atlantic. They have moved to the Magella building two months ago, they do not reach out to there patients to give curt act calls or reschedule. No one picks up the phones, the operater says they are closed for the holidays when we are in August. I’ve been in the emergency room twice, and had a fall in the shower fell in the emergency room for the third time. I’ve been calling and calling and I can’t get thru to anyone I’ve had three c-Sections which means I’ll be having a forth programmed C-Section and Dr.s should already know this by now that I need to have my scheduled appointment for that day. Get my self ready. And I’m just getting really depressed and frustrated it’s been the worst OB Care since they moved to new office. Very disappointed. I am really at the point where I am going to change clinic. If I don’t get any response or call from any one. I feel the staff are very irresponsible on that note."
"I came here with my first pregnancy and it went well! Now I’m here on my second pregnancy and the medical assistants they have now are horrible! They had made it really uncomfortable for me. They are always talking and laughing but when you call they never answer the phones. It’s also been 3 months since my last ultrasound. I will never recommend or come to this place again."
