"I came in close to closing time with a HORRIBLE abcess on my gum. The young man who took my information was so sweet and kind and didn't make me feel bad for coming in so close to the end of their day. The Doctor that treated me joked with me, saying I came to the wrong place, I needed a dentist lol! But there was one thing I was worried about. She prescribed me some Acetaminophen for the pain, but I am currently taking Percoset for a back injury. I asked the Pharmacist not to fill. The antibiotic she prescribed began working right away so I didn't have to spend another night in agonizing pain! This is the ONLY Urgent Care I use (it's right across the street!) and please let the Staff know how much I appreciated them!"

"The asian lady doctor is making my life worse instead of helping ( I hate to use race/ gender to describe but how else am I supposed to).... Nonetheless she does NOT listen, tries to finish your sentences for u, interjects her ego and assumes how much pain u are in or not in. She wrote my discharge papers on something that's not even my issue and never even came up. My job sent me here for workers comp otherwise I would never use. Very triggered."

The NP Krystle asked necessary questions and was thorough as much as possible. And Dr. Tran who went over my ultrasound results with me was so kind, sweet, and genuine.
