"I went to get a COVID exam the lady that did the test ( Sasha) hurt the inside of my nose pretty bad. When I told her she said it couldn’t have been that bad, because I wasn’t bleeding. I’ve had this test done in the past and yes it’s uncomfortable but it does not hurt this way."

"Small community type clinic, there is a parking lot on the side but it's shared with an apartment building so pretty full all the time. The Dr was nice enough but couldn't help me with my condition I actually feel worst after my surgery so now I have to start all over again with a new Dr as far as the staff some were nice but the efficiency is pretty bad I was called the wrong name twice and my first visit I was put in a room left there with no instruction overall just not a good experience, I don't recommend."

"The new doctor at this place is horrible. She’s super rude, and not understandable at all. She’s older I guess but she’s so lazy as well. I ask her if she can switch my birth control because I didn’t like the one I was in and she gives me attitude saying that would take time away from her to show me which others would be better. Isn’t that what a doctor helps for? Or a nurse? (Have in mind, there wasn’t a lot of people there that day) She’s just super rude to the other people who work there as well (even the students). The women at the front are always super nice and the other nurses as well. She’s just the one who is so rude. This place needs to get a new doctor. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years now and I’ve never had a problem with any of the doctors here until now with the new doctor."
