"I came to pick up a letter and asked them if a nurse could check my right eye because I couldn’t find my contact lens in there, it would have taken no more than 5 minutes, instead they asked me to go to an urgent care clinic!"
"Brought my fiancee to this clinic after she experienced an elevated bp and developed chest pain at home. We got there and waited 1hr in the waiting room until she passed out on the floor and became unconscious. The nurses came in and out of the office with soda, lunch in hand even the doctor came out on his phone. No one bothered assessing her. I asked the nurses if she could lay down somewhere a little more comfortable rather than the floor. They got a little upset and said this is not a ER. This small clinic is not looking out for sick people. Im an ICU and ER nurse and i have never seen anything like this. Very sad"
"On the day of my annual physical I was told Doctor Soliman was no longer my doctor because they were no longer part of Blue Shield. I went home and called Blue Shield, I was told that even though the doctor was not part of the plan because I was on Medicare all they had to do was bill the plan. The representative called Morningside and informed them and ask them to reschedule my appointment. Morningside calls and tells me that the reason they can not reschedule my appointment is because they have not been reimbursed for claims they submitted. They did not tell that to the Blue Shield representative who may have been able to resolve the problem. I called Blue Shield to find out what happened, after talking with the clerk from Morningside their representative said there were two ways to submit claims, using a paper form or electronically. Morningside had submitted theirs electronically the representative told them to resubmit them. I have been a patient of Doctor Soliman for over eight years and to be dropped because their accounts receivable person did not perform their duties is ridiculous. They had claims going back to 2017 and they never said anything to me about it. they just dropped me while waiting in line. This is how they treat their clients. I was an accountant and have a masters degree in Health Care Management and was a Accounts receivable manager for a medical research firm. Whoever is over their accounts receivable department needs to be fired."
"Awful customer service; I cannot state enough that this is by far THE WORST medical practice I've ever been to. Where do I start, they told me that my medical exam would be a certain amount over the phone and then when i arrived for my appointment they tried to scam me an extra 50 dollars on top! I refused to pay and explained the only reason I had gone there was because of the price. It wasn't so much the cost but the way that the receptionist spoke to me. After my appointment I was told that my results would be ready within 2 weeks - I had no phone call to inform me that they were ready so I called them and they told me that they had tried to get hold of me and why hadn't I called. I had no messages or voice messages whatsoever. When I went to collect them I was told that the doctor who normally deals with them forms is off for the week! I asked if they could be mailed to me if I cover the postage cost because I've moved and it's such a long drive. Of course: they said no. The receptionists in that place shouldn't be working in customer service be roles, they were both unfriendly, unwelcoming and I wish I had never gone there because there are far better places to go and be treated with dignity as a human being. ALSO they were extremely prejudice about my Mexican husband (I'm white) when I arrived for a medical appointment I directly spoke to them about my appointment and it was in my name - immeditately they looked at my husband and asked for his driver's lisence - I asked what for? They said for his appointment for the medical. EXCUSE ME - wake up and smell the coffee ladies this is LA a multicultural city and I have an accent if you didnt notice. Absolutely disgusted with your service, would give no stars if it was an option."
