"When I went for my first appt, I walked in and Carol looked straight at me, saw me sign in, didn't say anything to me, so I sat down in front of her and the other guy that was there. I had arrived 15 minutes early as instructed to fill out paperwork... 20 minutes later, no one had told me anything or even made eye contact with me anymore. I got up again and asked them if I needed forms to fill, that's when they were like, "Oh yeah," so said, well I've been siting here, I said hi to you, and no one has told me anything since... They gave me the forms and the rest of the appt went ok-ish. Nothing spectacular. I did have to remind Carol again that I needed my prenatal vitamins, and that is when she said, "Oh yeah, let me send them to the pharmacy." I think if I had not said anything, she would not have done it. Plus, she forgot to give me info on the WIC program (I don't qualify, so its no big deal, but the point is that she said that she would give me the info, and she didn't.) As I left I was told that they would put in a referral for my next appt. I gave them 1 week, and no referral was ever put in. I called the office and was told that the coordinator who does it had called in and no one else the log-in info so they could request it. I called the next day, s/w Carol again, she said the exact same thing, I told her that I really needed it because this was time-sensitive appt. She said to call back either later that same day, or the next day.... I called the next day (today) I was told the same info, that the coordinator had called in on Wednesday and she only works that day and no one else has the log in. (So I know they are not lying, but the thing is, they should have a plan B for their pts!!! What if the coordinator were to die and NEVER come back... what are they going to do? Not be able to refer anyone? Come on! They need to be professional and have a plan B and C and figure out the continuity of care for their pts!!!!!!) I may have to go to urgent care of ER to have a referral sent out. Very sad."

"A recurring theme: no one picks up the phone. Doctor Dandan has been kind a caring and the staff is also kind. But when I try to reach them during business hours and spend a good 15min calling and hoping someone will answer, something isn't right. Regards, thanks for your support and time."

"This office is incredibly dishonest and engages in illegal billing practices. They charged me a $75 dollar copay for my preventive care physical which is illegal. They did not code my bill as preventative and they refuse to call you back or address the matter. They told me it was for blood work and then I was charged another fee for blood work. They told me to come back to get my results and then they billed me another $75 which was very dishonest and unethical. They never pick up their phones or call me back to remedy the situation. My insurance company has opened a grievance against them. Please save yourself the stress and find an honest medical center. I have reported them to several government agencies because of their illegal billing practices. I am disgusted with how dishonest this office is and I recommend that you stay away. Update: My insurance no longer accepts him as a provider. Also, he has very questionable medical credentials. He went to university in the Caribbean, which means he likely could not get into a US medical school and he is not certified from the ABMS, which is the top certification for doctors. Seriously, find another place. And you can look all these lack of credentials up yourself via the ABMS website."

"I made an appointment a week in advance. I called to confirm the day of the appointment and they said I didn't have an appointment and could not see me without one. I said I did in fact make an appointment and they spent about 10min looking for while i was on hold. I arrive at my appointment but they refused to see me because I did not have a physical Ins. ID. I then offered to cash because I needed to be seen for my ear infection and they said No."
