"Homeless encamp there during the weekend and nights. Business doesn’t do anything. I was leaving on Friday and was scared by a homeless person. Horrible just horrible. Do better and put up a gate. I took a quick photo and will attach it. Do something. Keep your patients safe."

I was leaving from a late appointment and had a terrible experience with homeless person who was in your front lot, I was unable to leave since they were inside your front lot, I had to go around them and it’s not safe for them or us. Keep your patients safe. Terrible just terrible!! Avoid this place until they take patient security serious. How do you want us to have early appointments with needles on the floor on Monday? I will be going elsewhere. Put our safety first and put a gate to keep your patients and even your staff safe. Many of us have told your staff and nothing is being done. Put a gate to deter homeless encampments."

"The only reason this is getting one star is because I have to click on some thing. Every appointment that I had at this facility (which was more than four) resulted in at least an hour wait. Three of those times I never even saw a doctor because the appointment had been set up incorrectly, and ONE of the times the physician wasn’t even available. Today I came in (after the three previous attempts) only be to be told my injured finger was too much fit then to handle. This appointment was set up IN PERSON. The front office knew what I was coming in for. Front office consistently has issues setting up the correct type of appointment and provider. It’s a beautiful location, the office looks great and is very clean. It could be a wonderful place to go…. however, until the staff is trained properly and time management improves I would not recommend wasting your time here."
