"So today I entered AAA with my mask on and everything as it's beyond obvious I'm sick! I asked the girl if there was anything she could do about the wait time as I have CANCER and can't be in public for long periods of time.. She answered in the most callous attitude and said that everyone has disabilities and they don't accommodate anyone!! Worst customer service EVER!! I hope the manager reads this cause that was so mean! I'm not trying to be special just trying not to die as I'm on chemotherapy right now.."

"I have had both of my kids go through the 10 lesson course. It is a must if you don’t want to go crazy trying to teach your kids to drive. They do all the hard work and then as a parent, you get to do the easier stuff and not have a stressful relationship."

"This AAA location has been very slow when doing notarizations. It doesn’t matter if the place is empty. I don’t know why. Maybe because they don’t make much money compared to their other services? It takes on average 30 minutes to be called after checking in at the front desk. This is my third time here. The person at the front desk did acknowledge my wait twice and said she’ll send a message to them that I was still waiting. I didn’t need other service. So this is only regarding notary services. I’ve been to other AAA locations and the wait times are about the same."

"People are really nice and the line seems to move fairly quickly. Definitely beats going to the DMV. They dont have all services but they offer a lot. FYI, you need to be AAA member."
