"really awful experiences twice in a row - had an appointment for a physical and was rushed out & told to go to an ER if it “gets worse” and told to reschedule. Went in for my rescheduled appointment and was told the doctor is on vacation! I was never notified. Will not be returning. Waste of time and truly unprofessional."

"Horrible would give zero stars if I could. To initiate upon my arrival I was waiting about 20 minutes despite my early arrival to the appointment. Furthermore the doctor who ended up seeing me, an African American woman was extremely dismissive and uncaring. She stated she couldn’t give me a doctors note of any kind and stated that I would need to see a different provider. I was in and out of her office within 5 minutes. All to be mailed a ridiculous bill which they didn’t even disclose before being attended. Don’t go here. The doctors don’t care about your health and all the receptionists were bad mouthing behind peoples backs. Take your time and money somewhere else. Ludicrous behavior from so called “professionals.”"

"Doctor was great last visit, the telephone representative / receptionist is the reason my family and I won’t return. Rude, impatient and abrupt. Not welcoming at all did not assist with scheduling an appointment and was disrespectful when I didn’t have an answer to a question"

"I have nothing bad to say about this place. I was a first time patient. When I called to make an appointment, the person on the phone was very patient and helpful. When I went (Oct 2022), there was some remodeling going on, I wasn't bothered by it. Who doesn't like improvements. When I walked in, I immediately was greeted by a friendly face, unlike some front office personnel, that don't acknowledge you when you're standing there. The wait wasn't long. I wasn't even done with my paperwork when I was called in. Dr. Shereen was great, he listened to all my concerns and was very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and respected. He followed up with me which told me that he cares for his patients. This was my first experience, hopefully it doesn't change, if it does, I will update to let you know. As of right now, I recommend him."
